JOB DESCRIPTION (CHAIRMAN)

q       To coordinate all aspects of running the choir

q       To take responsibility for all decisions made by the committee

q       To lead and manage the committee

	maintaining the artistic vision, direction and general running of the choir

q       To make an annual report to the choir at the AGM

q       To make speeches at important events 

q       To ensure all job descriptions are carried out effectively and efficiently 

     	and that no job becomes unmanageable 

q       Liaise with the musical director, President and Vice-Presidents, 

      other bodies/organisations, as appropriate

q       To promote and review the artistic policy
