Concert Administrator
| 1 | discuss programming with conductor and agree proposals for presentation to committee |
| 2 | Liaise with conductor to ensure music details, including the correct edition and orchestration, reach the librarian by the specified deadline(s) |

| 4 | book soloists, accompanists (including rehearsal accompanist) & orchestras |
| 5 | negotiate fees with soloists, accompanists (including rehearsal accompanist) & orchestras |
| 6 | prepare contracts with soloist & orchestras, and despatch for signature |
| 7 | arrange hire, delivery & tuning of instruments as required (e.g. chamber organ, harpsicord) |
| 8 | prepare and despatch concert schedules and maps and send to soloists and orchestras |
| 9 | forward press reviews and CD recordings to soloists and orchestra (post-concert) |
| 10 | identify, book and brief concert assistant (s) |
| 11 | attend site meetings and liaise with venue staff as required |
| 12 | greet musicians when required |
| 13 | deal with problems arising on concert days as required |
| 14 | book and liaise pre-concert with recording engineer |
| 15 | agree edits to CD with conductor and notify recording engineer (1999 only) |
